During 3 – 4 July 2024, BUUIC hosted esteemed delegates from the University of Akron (UA), Ohio, USA. Among them were Prof. Mahesh Srinivasan, College of Business Executive Director of Global Engagement and Institute for Global Business, and Assoc. Prof. Eric Brisker, Finance Department Chair, College of Business. At the meeting on 3 July 2024, BUUIC and UA explored the potential for a joint degree program at both undergraduate and graduate levels. Additionally, on 4 July 2024, Assoc. Prof. Brisker shared valuable insights on intercultural communication with BUUIC first-year students, fostering a dynamic exchange of experiences and knowledge. BUUIC and UA truly hope to advance our academic collaborations in the near future.
