We are delighted to announce the successful completion of the Global Business Leadership Camp (GBLC) between Burapha University International College (BUUIC) and Chungnam National University (CNU). The month-long program, aimed at fostering cross-cultural understanding and collaboration, has left both Korean and Thai students impressed and further strengthened the bond between the two institutions.
Throughout the month, students immersed themselves in the rich cultural tapestry and history of both nations. Korean students embarked on a journey to Thailand from January 18 to February 1, where they engaged in a variety of edutainment activities. These included language and manner lessons, exploring the significance of the Northern blessing flag, participating in art therapy sessions, gaining insights into the way of life course, and practicing their business presentation skills.
The cultural exchange did not stop there; students also delved into the culinary arts, learning how to prepare traditional Thai and Korean dishes. Additionally, they engaged in friendly competitions involving Thai traditional games, further enhancing the camaraderie among the participants. Notably, the Korean students prepared a surprise K-pop dance performance, showcasing their enthusiasm for cultural exchange.
The program has undeniably succeeded in fostering a positive and lasting relationship between Thai and Korean students, leaving an indelible mark on the BUUIC and CNU communities. As we bid farewell to the GBLC 2024, we eagerly anticipate future editions, confident that they will continue to serve as catalysts for cross-cultural understanding and global collaboration.
