Personality Development Workshop for Students in Wellness and Holistic Health Management (WHM) and Hospitality, Tourism, and MICE Management
A project titled “Shine Bright: Crafting a Standout Personality and Flawless Image” was organized by Dr. Siriporn Khetjenkarn, an instructor of the Personality Development course in the WHM program, and Ms. Hataipat Phungpumkaew, an instructor of the Service Psychology course in the HTM program. The workshop focused on facial makeup and hairstyling for professional settings, aiming to prepare students for future careers and to emphasize the importance of personal presentation in service roles.
The workshop commenced on 8th October 2024, with Mr. Chanachok Leeloi, a professional hairstylist, training students in hairstyling techniques for job interviews and roles within the service industry. In the following weeks, leading up to the final session on 22nd October 2024, a facial makeup workshop was conducted by Mr. Paranroj Chotratchapongwut, a professional makeup artist and trainer. He shared his experiences and offered special tips on facial makeup, guiding students through various techniques, cosmetics, color selection, and how to achieve a professional appearance in the workplace.
The workshop was attended by 26 students, including participants from WHM, HTM, and exchange students from Brunei. The students thoroughly enjoyed the experience, gaining not only valuable skills but also forming new friendships. It is hoped that these skills will be applied in their daily lives, preparing them to present themselves professionally in their future careers.
