On August 14, 2026, our BUUIC international students visited Nong Pla Lai Community, Pattaya, to learn how to grow rice and experience traditional rice transplanting.
Beyond the rice field, they discovered the Thai spirit, culture, and pride in rice farming, enjoyed a fun slingshot activity using natural fertilizer pellets, and shared a delicious meal made from local, natural ingredients with the community.
A wonderful day of learning, sharing, and connecting with Thai culture through the community.
