Professor Oswin Maurer, former Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Management at the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano (unibz) in Italy, visited Burapha University International College from September 4th to 6th, 2023. The visit aimed to strengthen academic collaborations among faculty members and promote joint research and class initiatives.
During his stay, Professor Maurer delivered an enlightening lecture to fourth-year Hotel and Tourism Management (HTM) students. Titled “All-Inclusive
Holiday Packages, Tourist Consumption, and Spending Patterns at Tourism Destinations,” the lecture imparted valuable insights on effective pricing strategies, enriching students’ knowledge and awareness.
This visit marks a significant step towards fostering academic partnerships between the institutions, promising innovative contributions to research and education.
