On November 4, 2025, Mr. James Vinvent Johnson (Aj. Jimmy) took his Multimodal Transport class to visit Kerry Siam Seaport (KSSP). Participants included 35 logistics (SLSM) students as well as Mr. Kiti from the BUUIC office. KSSP staff, who are experts in the fields of transportation logistics, container yard management, and warehouse management. gave an informative presentation about Kerry Logistics and the operations at KSSP. After the presentation, the KSSP staff led the students onto the docks to observe actual container ship loading and unloading operations. The trip ended after the students visited a steel coil warehouse located in the KSSP terminal to observe warehouse operations. This trip to KSSP gives our BUUIC students an excellent experiential learning opportunity as well as an opportunity to talk with experts in their fields.
