Burapha University International College (BUUIC) proudly hosted Professor Emeritus Anake Kijjoa, PhD, from Instituto de Ciências Biomédicas Abel Salazar, Universidade do Porto, Asst. Prof. Dr. Pichan Sawangwong, former Vice President for International Affairs at Burapha University, and Asst. Prof. Pathomthat Srisuk, Ph.D. Associate Dean for Strategic Management and Organization Development, Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Khon Kaen University as esteemed guest speakers. The event, held under the project “How to Collaborate in International Research,” took place on December 13–15, 2023, at Kood Island, Trat.
In addition to the enlightening presentations by the guest speakers, Associate Prof. Sumon Sakolchai, Ph.D., Chairman of Burapha University Council, delivered a welcome speech. He also outlined the strategic international direction of Burapha University. The diverse audience included participants from 5 Faculties of Burapha University, representing International College, Faculty of Nursing, Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Faculty of Health Allied Sciences, and Faculty of Political and Laws.
This collaborative initiative aimed to foster a deeper understanding of research collaboration on an international level, providing valuable insights for the participating faculties. The event not only facilitated knowledge exchange but also strengthened BUUIC’s commitment to global academic engagement.
