IBM Students Gain Hands-On Experience During Visit to Kerry Siam Seaport

On Wednesday, April 2, 2025, A. Jimmy led students from the Import-Export Management course at Burapha University International College (BUUIC) on an educational field trip to Kerry Siam Seaport (KSSP). The visit included 41 International Business Management (IBM) students, accompanied by BUUIC staff members Mr. Kiti and Ms. Aom. Mr. Wissaruth Kongutaikul, Operation Support Director at KSSP, provided an in-depth overview of Kerry Logistics and the operational procedures at the seaport.

Following the presentation, students toured the KSSP docks to observe real-time container loading and unloading operations, along with bulk and break-bulk cargo handling. The visit concluded with an inside look at a steel coil warehouse, where students witnessed warehouse management practices firsthand. This field trip offered BUUIC students valuable experiential learning and the opportunity to engage directly with professionals in the fields of import-export, logistics, container yard management, and warehousing.
