On October 4, 2024, Dr. Krittaorn Jewwasang, Chairperson of the Hospitality, Tourism, and MICE programme, along with Ms. Hataipat Phungpumkaew, an instructor in the HTM programme, visited the Intercontinental Hotel Pattaya. They met with the hotel’s management team, including Ms. Tongkamol Maidee, General Manager; Mr. Arum Chaisomsri, Learning & Development Manager; and Mr. Anat Hannarong, Operations Manager, to discuss the enhancement of the new HTM curriculum.
As a longstanding partner of the programme, Intercontinental Hotel has provided numerous opportunities for our students and alumni to gain valuable experience in the industry. The input from corporate partners is vital in shaping the new curriculum. During the visit, we had an in-depth discussion about the skills and knowledge required for future hospitality graduates, which will provide us with valuable insights to improve our upcoming programme.
