On 6 March 2024, Mr. Kanit Vanichkamolnunt, with MSC Malta Seafarers Co., Ltd, was a guest speaker at BUUIC. He gave a special talk to BUUIC students about smart service principles for hospitality, tourism, and MICE management. He discussed three main topics: service providers in the MICE industry, international business management, and service operations management. He shared with our students the importance of a person’s appearance, especially when meeting people for the first time. Our students had an opportunity to learn more about how to be a master of ceremonies and how to provide great services to customers. At the end of the talk, our students had an opportunity to ask our guest speaker about his professional experiences.
