In the Spring semester, students from the “Product Management and Planning” class demonstrated the power of connecting academic learning with real-world business solutions. Throughout an intensive, semester-long project, students collaborated with the local café, “Rose Café,” to address practical marketing challenges. Guided by Asst. Prof. Passarin Phalitnonkiat, the students worked closely with the café to analyze its market situation and develop strategic initiatives aimed at strengthening brand engagement.
This collaboration proved mutually rewarding: students gained hands-on experience applying classroom theories to real business scenarios, while Rose Café benefited from innovative ideas and fresh perspectives. The project stands as a testament to the value of bridging academia and industry—preparing students for future success while supporting local businesses in meaningful ways.
