During October 2023 , fourth-year students enrolled in the BBA program in International Hospitality and Tourism Management at BUUIC are making significant strides with their entrepreneurial initiatives. Divided into two groups, these students are currently overseeing the operations of two distinct food outlets: One of these ventures, “Mala Chuan Chuan,” specializes in offering a spicy Chinese-style soup prepared with carefully selected ingredients.
The other outlet, “Krok krok Mai Ja,” is dedicated to serving fried sausages accompanied by delightful sauces and cheesy French fries.
These projects stand as pivotal opportunities for these students to gain practical, hands-on experience. They are taking charge in various aspects of the projects, including project initiation, marketing strategies, operational procedures, HR management, and cost control. Ultimately, this experience provides invaluable insights into business operations and teamwork, allowing students to cultivate essential skills in running and collaborating within a business environment.
