BUUIC Students Advance Community Herbal Products toward Quality Standards

On July 22, 2026, Burapha University International College (BUUIC) students, under the GSB Yuwaphat Rakthin Project 2026, together with project advisor Mr. Jirayut Pitanon, visited the Ban Tom Herbal Product Processing Group in Phanat Nikhom District, Chonburi Province. The team worked closely with the community to improve the quality and market readiness of its herbal hair-colouring product by developing product formulations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and preparing documentation for Thai FDA notification. Students also introduced a systematic income and expense recording process to strengthen the community enterprise’s financial management. This project reflects BUUIC’s commitment to experiential learning, community engagement, and sustainable local development through the application of interdisciplinary knowledge.
