On August 7, 2026, Burapha University International College (BUUIC) organized the “BUUIC Next Step Forward for the Future” staff development program at BUUIC to strengthen staff competencies and support the College’s continued development. Asst. Prof. Dr. Krittipat Pitchayadejanant, Dean of BUUIC, shared the College’s vision, goals, core competencies, achievements from the previous year, Empathetic Service, teaching and learning practices, and the operational goals of each committee, while also welcoming new faculty members.
The program also featured a series of Knowledge Sharing sessions covering global learning through student exchange by Asst. Prof. Hataipat, collaboration opportunities with East Park @ BUU by Ajarn Jirayut, strategies for enhancing student satisfaction and evaluation outcomes Ajarn Liu Yu, and student mental health monitoring Mr. Kijja .
The program concluded with “Shape the Next Step Forward for BUUIC,” led by Ajarn Sirintorn Thepmongkorn, Associate Dean for Administration and Talent Development, encouraging faculty and staff to share ideas and contribute to the College’s future direction. The initiative reflects BUUIC’s commitment to continuous professional development, knowledge sharing, empathetic service, and building a strong and future-ready organization.
