On the auspicious day of 10 January 2025, Burapha University International College (BUUIC) had the honor of hosting the Glocal University Project Ceremony, a significant initiative graciously supported by Andong National University (ANU). This esteemed project serves as a bridge of collaboration and cultural exchange, uniting students from Thailand, Korea, and Singapore, with participants hailing from BUUIC, ANU, and NUS.
The Glocal University Project fosters a harmonious blend of diversity, allowing the distinguished students to engage in mutual learning and appreciation of Korean culture, the renowned Andong World Cultural Heritage, as well as Thai and Singaporean cultures.
In the spirit of camaraderie and shared purpose, all 28 students joyfully embraced the project, working together to implement its noble objectives. In recognition of their dedication and exemplary contributions, three prestigious awards were bestowed upon the participants: the Grand Award, the Excellent Award, and the Honorable Mention Award.
This remarkable event stands as a testament to the enduring bonds of international cooperation and the shared pursuit of cultural enlightenment and academic excellence.
