BUUIC Hosts “Mental Health” Seminar to Support Student Well-being

On October 31, 2024, Burapha University International College (BUUIC) held an insightful seminar titled “Mental Health” as part of its commitment to promoting student well-being and resilience. The event, hosted in room IC203 of the BUUIC building, featured Dr. Phummaret Phupha, a lecturer in Counseling Psychology from the Faculty of Education at Burapha University, as the keynote speaker.

Dr. Phummaret addressed the importance of mental health awareness and shared strategies for managing stress, building emotional resilience, and fostering a balanced lifestyle. His expert guidance provided students with practical tools for maintaining mental wellness, especially as they prepare for academic and career challenges.
