BUUIC recently organized a Work Manual Workshop for professional-level staff from May 19-21, 2024, at U Khaoyai Resort, Nakhon Ratchasima. Assistant Professor Dr. Krittipat Pitchayadejanant, Associate Dean for Administration and Organization Development, led a group of supporting staff participating in the workshop.
The workshop aimed to equip participants with the skills and knowledge necessary to create compelling work manuals for their professional roles. By providing staff with the tools to document procedures and best practices, BUUIC hopes to improve efficiency and ensure consistency across the organization.
