On April 28, 2026 – Burapha University International College (BUUIC) was honored to serve as the guest speaker for the “Marine and Coastal Resource Restoration Project” workshop hosted by Saensuk Municipality at the Senior Citizens’ Development Center. Representing the college, our academic experts delivered a comprehensive session on the principles of Community-Based Tourism (CBT) and the global sustainability standards set by the Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC). This initiative aimed to empower local communities and supporting development of the sustainable tourism policy of the Saensuk Municipality. Through this collaboration, BUUIC continues to foster meaningful community engagement, bridging academic expertise with local practice to ensure long-term social and economic impact.
