On February 14 and 21, 2025, Burapha University International College (BUUIC) hosted the Muay Thai Life Lessons project with support from Cardio Boxing Gym Bangsaen and Bangsaen Fight Club. The participants were international exchange students.
Thai boxing, or Muay Thai, is deeply connected to Thai art and culture in many ways. More than just a sport, Muay Thai is a living piece of Thai history and is recognized as one of the most effective and respected martial arts worldwide.
Muay Thai is a beautiful martial art rooted in Thai culture, and it has significantly influenced global combat sports. We look forward to the next Thai Life Lessons project in the future.
