BUU works closely with Kanda to explore New Academic Initiatives

On December 15, 2025, Assistant Professor Dr. Parinya Nakpathom, Vice President of Burapha University (BUU), together with Assistant Professor Dr. Krittipat Pitchayadejanant, Dean of Burapha University International College (BUUIC), and the BUUIC management team, paid an official visit to Kanda Language School, Kanda University, Tokyo, Japan.

During the visit, the BUU delegation had the pleasure of meeting with the Kanda leadership team:

• Mr. Masataka Ikeda, General Manager
• Mr. Itami Yasuhiro, Assistant General Manager, Academic Affairs Division
• Ms. Sakazaki Yayoi, Academic Affairs Division
• Mr. Tamura Takashi, Chief BCC Team, Academic Affairs Division

The meeting explored new opportunities to strengthen academic collaboration between BUUIC and Kanda Language School, which has sent students to BUUIC for many years. Building on this foundation, both institutions discussed expanding cooperation through exchange and joint training programs, including a Disaster Management Program initiated by Vice President Dr. Parinya and developed with Japanese experts to share Japan’s expertise in disaster preparedness with Thailand. Additional areas of collaboration include hotel and airline training, communication, and business programs, emphasizing joint classes, practical training, and shared student activities, marking an important step toward deeper international cooperation and impactful real-world learning for students in both countries.
