On October 21-22, 2024, BUU administration, led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Parinya Nakpathom, Dean of Burapha University International College, along with Asst. Prof. Dr. Ronnachai Rattanasetha, Dean of the Faculty of Music & Performing Arts, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Rasa Suntrayuth, Associate Dean for Academic Affairs of the Faculty of Fine & Applied Arts, hosted an academic collaboration meeting for distinguished delegation from China and South Korea. The delegation included Prof. Xiang Yong, Professor of the School of Arts at Peking University (SAPKU) and Dean of the Institute for Cultural Industries at Peking University (ICIPKU), Prof. Wang Tianxiang, Dean of the School of Arts and Humanities at Sichuan Fine Art Institution, and Prof. Jang from Andong National University, Korea.
The meetings focused on strengthening academic partnerships between the faculties, exploring opportunities for staff and student exchanges, collaborative research, and planning a Cultural Camp to take place in 2025. These discussions set the stage for a dynamic future in cross-cultural academic cooperation.
