A Night to Remember at BUUIC Atelier!

On November 19, 2025, our HTM students from the Food and Beverage Management and Operations class proudly opened their demonstration restaurant, BUUIC Atelier, for an unforgettable fine-dining experience.

A total of 20 distinguished guests were welcomed into a warm yet luxurious atmosphere, enjoying a beautifully crafted four-course menu paired with elegant beverages — all prepared and served by our talented students.

From designing the menu, managing operations, and delivering professional service, students gained real-world learning that textbooks simply can’t offer. It was a night filled with creativity, teamwork, and the true spirit of hospitality.
