On the 21st of November 2023, 4th-year students from the HTM program presented their final project on Cruise Business Management, focusing on the topic ‘Cruise Customer Journey: Designing a Memorable Experience.’ It was an honor to have Dr. Amor Teguh Patria, one of the instructors of this subject from Binus University, Indonesia, as one of the panelists, providing valuable feedback to the students.
Following this event, on the 22nd of November, Dr. Amor delivered a lecture on the topic ‘Trend of Cruise Tourism’ for 3rd and 4th students in the HTM program. The lecture covered aspects such as technology in cruise management and the expectations of cruise tourists in the next decade. We were enthusiastic to share feedback and engage in questions and answers as we collectively explored the world of cruise business. Lastly, it’s important to note that this lecture was organized by 3rd-year MICE students. Thank you for your hard work in making it happen.
