Global Cooking Experience – An Online Cooking Workshop

The “Global Cooking Experience” brought together students from Breda University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands and Burapha University International College (BUUIC) in Thailand. The students from both universities participated in a virtual live cooking workshop on 6 March 2024. The event was led by A. Kanjanasit Chinnapha, a lecturer from BUUIC’s HTM Department, and Mr. Eric Andersen, a lecturer from the Academy for Hotel and Facility at Breda University. The collaboration aimed to provide an expert, hands-on culinary experience across two very different cultures. This culinary event was enjoyed by all participants from both institutions.
