BUUIC Continues Its Longstanding Partnership with Niseko Alpine Developments, Japan

On December 19, 2025, BUUIC is pleased to continue its valued collaboration with a long-term industry partner in Japan. Recently, Assistant Professor Dr. Krittipat Pitchayadejanant, Dean of BUUIC, together with the management team — Assistant Professor Dr. Nucharee Pookaman, Associate Dean for Student Affairs, and Ms. Hataipat Phungpumkaew, Associate Dean for Global Relations, met with the management team from Niseko Alpine Developments.

The meeting was honored by the presence of Mr. Patrick Ohtani, Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Steve Greenaway, HR Director, Ms. Ayako Sayo, People Manager, and Mr. Jayan Shrestha, Hotel Manager. The discussion focused on the MOU renewal signing ceremony, marking more than a decade of collaboration. Over the years, Niseko Alpine Developments has continuously welcomed BUUIC students into its internship programs, offering them valuable hands-on experience in an international hospitality setting.

This renewed agreement reflects a shared commitment not only to continue working together, but also to co-develop internship and professional training programs. Both institutions aim to bring greater professionalism into BUUIC’s academic programs and further prepare students for successful global careers.
