Burapha University International College (BUUIC) organized an academic collaboration project with its strategic partner, the International Management Institute (IMI), Luzern, Switzerland, under the theme “Critical Soft Skills for the Managers of Tomorrow.” The seminar was honorably delivered by Dr. Matina Gatsou, Academic Dean of IMI, via an online session on October 9, 2025, at Room IC203, BUUIC Building.
The event highlighted the importance of developing essential managerial competencies for the 21st century, focusing on effective communication, teamwork, critical thinking, and adaptability in the global business context. Students, alumni, and faculty members actively participated, engaging in discussions and gaining invaluable perspectives on leadership and management from an international viewpoint.
This initiative not only enhanced students’ global leadership capabilities but also reaffirmed the long-standing academic partnership between BUUIC and IMI. The collaboration reflects BUUIC’s dedication to cultivating globally competent graduates who are ready to lead with vision, innovation, and intercultural understanding in today’s dynamic business environment.
