Asst. Prof. Dr. Nuchjaree Pukkaman, Ms. Waraporn Theerasak, and Mr. Sudthijitt Rodpunn accompanied fifteen BUUIC students to Taipei, Taiwan. They participated in the ASEAN Cultural Exchange Program organized by Chinese Language and Culture Center of Ming Chuan University (MCU). They attended Mandarin Chinese class and visited historical and cultural attractions, such as the National Palace Musuem, Chiang Kai-Shek Memorial Hall, Longshan Temple, and Shifen Old Street. By participating in this exchange program, students did not only learned Mandarin Chinese, but also explore Taiwanese cultures, arts, and lifestyles. These gained experiences shall broaden their international perspectives as well as develop their intercultural skills which considered the life-long learning and 21st-century skills. All students were funded 10,000 THB by BUUIC. Therefore, the organization of this exchange program supported ‘SDG 4 Quality Education.’ The indicators included the following.
4.3.1 Participation rate of youth and adults in formal and non-formal education and training in the previous 12 months, by sex.
4.5.4 Education expenditure per student by level of education and source of funding.
