CNU recently extended a warm welcome to 19 students from Burapha University International College (BUUIC) as they officially joined the Global Business Leadership Camp 2026, held from 2–17 January 2026.
The opening of the program was graciously hosted by Professor Byung Chae Rhee, Dean of the School of Economics and Management, together with Professor Kim Minju, Associate Dean of International Affairs, who warmly welcomed the BUUIC delegation to CNU. In their remarks, they highlighted the importance of international academic collaboration and emphasized the value of cross-cultural learning in today’s globalized business environment.
During the program, BUUIC students are engaging in intensive academic and cultural activities alongside CNU students. The camp focuses on Korean culture, economics, and international trade, offering participants a unique opportunity to gain firsthand insights into South Korea’s economic development, business practices, and global trade perspectives. Through lectures, workshops, group projects, and cultural exchange activities, students are expected to deepen their academic knowledge while building international networks and leadership skills.
The BUUIC delegation is led by Ajarn Hataipat Phungpumkaew, Associate Dean for International Affairs, and Assistant Professor Toungporn Pinudom, who are accompanying and supporting the students throughout the program with the commitment to internationalization and experiential learning for its students.
Both institutions expressed high expectations that this Global Business Leadership Camp will provide students with valuable academic knowledge, professional exposure, and meaningful cross-cultural experiences, preparing them to become globally minded leaders in the future.
This program marks another significant milestone in the ongoing collaboration between BUUIC and CNU reinforcing their shared vision of fostering global competence and international academic excellence.
